Genome analysis of Microbacterium sp. TS-1 cesium ion-sensitive mutants and their cesium ion-resistant revertant mutants

This study will analyze the whole genome sequence of the cesium ion-sensitive mutant strain of Microbacterium sp. TS-1, which is a high-concentration cesium ion-resistant bacterium, and its cesium ion-resistant revertant mutant strain. SNP analysis is performed by comparing the results of genome sequence analysis with wild strains to identify genes involved in cesium ion resistance.
