中国饲料成分及营养价值表（第31版）饲料描述及常规成分数据库

本数据集由国家农业科学数据中心（动物科学和动物医学）建设。该数据集根据科学数据共享的要求，主要收集中国饲料加工业和养殖业中最常用的84饲料的饲料原料描述及常规概略成分，主要包括干物质（DM，%）、粗蛋白质(CP，%)、粗纤维(CF，%)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF，%)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF，%)、粗脂肪(EE，%)、无氮浸出物(NEF，%)、粗灰分(Ash，%)等。所有数据，无特别说明者，均表示为饲喂状态的含量数据。

This dataset was constructed by the National Agricultural Science Data Center (Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine). Pursuant to the requirements of scientific data sharing, it mainly collects descriptions and conventional proximate compositions of 84 most commonly used feedstuffs in China's feed processing and animal breeding industries, including dry matter (DM, %), crude protein (CP, %), crude fiber (CF, %), neutral detergent fiber (NDF, %), acid detergent fiber (ADF, %), ether extract (EE, %), nitrogen-free extract (NEF, %), crude ash (Ash, %), and other related indicators. Unless otherwise specified, all data represent nutrient contents measured under the feeding state.
