OVERVIEW OF RUMINAL METAGENOME BY IN VITRO FERMENTATION AND 16S/18S/ITS MARKER SEQUENCING IN PRESENCE OF Moringa oleifera

Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is a tree native to tropical and subtropical regions that has been recognized for its nutritional value and health. It has been recognized for its nutritional value and beneficial properties for health, and has antimethanogenic properties. In this study, analysis of the rumen microbiome was carried out by high-throughput 16S/18S/ITS sequencing in an in vitro fermentation assay using Moringa oleifera to document changes in the rumen microbiome.
