A dataset of the ceramic liquor-bottle manufacturing facility
收藏资源简介:
This study is validated using an industrial dataset collected from a ceramic liquor bottle manufacturing plant in Jiangxi, China. The dataset synchronously records the aggregated busbar power and the electricity consumption of four key process stages: drying and forming , ball milling , sintering stage I , and sintering stage II. Data are acquired using NILM terminals (ZX-NILM-31A) and a high-frequency digital recorder at 1.6 kHz with synchronized timestamps, enabling the analysis of cross-stage temporal dependencies. The dataset reflects representative industrial load characteristics, including 380 V three-phase supply, kilowatt-level power ratings, motor-dominated continuous operation, and process-driven load coupling, which differ fundamentally from residential load patterns and provide a realistic benchmark for process-aware industrial NILM.
