We report a new technology for the parallel bimodal analysis of RNA-seq and ATAC-seq within a single-cell, known as STAR (Single-cell Transcriptome and Accessibility Regions). Overall design: Single-cell ATAC-Seq libraries prepared from 96 E14 mES Cells and 96 2i mouse ES cells.
