Raw data

Raw data corresponding to all the findings in the corresponding publication.

Unoptimised data - corresponds to the unoptimised data for both original and deterministic Grover's algorithms for database sizes 4-8 and every choice of marked element. Oscilloscope voltage values as well as other measurement details stored in dictionaries in .mat files. In each .mat file, each channel (total of 8 channels) is accompanied by an array of voltage values. Only the first element in the array is used to evaluate the corresponding output probabilities. The same applies to the error associated with the output of each channel.

Sequentially optimised - corresponds to the sequential optimisation data for both original and deterministic Grover's algorithms for database sizes 4-8 and every choice of marked element. Single photon counts and other measurement details are stored in dictionaries in .mat file formats. The Excel spreadsheet provided contains dark counts and efficiencies for all 8 channels (the raw counts are not corrected for dark counts and varying channel efficiencies).

Fully optimised - corresponds to the clear-box optimisation data for both original and deterministic Grover's algorithms for database sizes 4-10 and every choice of marked element. Single photon counts stored in dictionaries in .mat files with labels corresponding to database size/marked elements. All values corrected for dark counts and can be used as they are.
