Single-cell RNA sequencing of CD4 T cells 7 days after infection or immunisation

We compared the transcriptional profiles of single CD4 T cells reactive with the envelope glycoprotein of F-MLV, 7 days after priming with either retroviral infection or adenovirus 5 vector-based immunisation. The focus was on Gzmb expressing cells, and their differences from other CD4 T cell subsets induced under these conditions.
