. Summary of sequencing data and mapped reads for the samples of Coffee arabica cv. Icatu (Icatu) and C. canephora cv. CL153 (CL153). A, B, and C correspond to biological replicates. Plants were submitted to control temperature at 25/20 °C (25 °C), 37/28 °C (37 °C), and 42/30 °C (42 °C), and grown in either 380 μL L−1 (aCO2) or 700 μL L−1 (eCO2). Raw reads: number of reads obtained after sequencing. Clean reads: number of reads passing the Illumina quality filters and downstream filters. % Clean: percentage of reads passing filters compared to the number of raw reads. Unique: number of reads aligned to a unique position. % Unique: proportion of reads aligned to a unique position compared to the number of clean reads. Multiple map: number of reads aligned to exons of several overlapping genes. % Multiple map: proportion of reads aligned to exons of several overlapping genes compared to the number of clean reads. % Unmapped: proportion of non‐aligning reads compared to the number of clean reads.

本数据集汇总了阿拉比卡咖啡(Coffea arabica)栽培品种伊卡图(Icatu)与刚果咖啡(Coffea canephora)栽培品种CL153(CL153)的样本测序数据及比对读段统计结果。其中A、B、C三组为生物学重复样本。供试植株分别在25/20 ℃(25 ℃组)、37/28 ℃(37 ℃组)及42/30 ℃(42 ℃组)的控温环境中培育,并分别处于380 μL·L⁻¹(aCO₂,常规CO₂浓度)与700 μL·L⁻¹(eCO₂,高CO₂浓度)的气调培养条件下。各统计指标的定义如下:原始读段(Raw reads):测序完成后获得的原始读段总数;清洁读段(Clean reads):通过Illumina质量过滤及下游过滤流程的有效读段数;% Clean:清洁读段数占原始读段数的百分比;唯一比对读段(Unique):仅比对至基因组单个位置的读段数;% Unique:唯一比对读段数占清洁读段数的比例;多位置比对读段(Multiple map):比对至多个重叠基因外显子区域的读段数;% Multiple map:多位置比对读段数占清洁读段数的比例;未比对读段占比(% Unmapped):未比对上参考基因组的读段数占清洁读段数的比例。
