DEVELOPMENT OF A PROGRAM FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF AGRICULTURAL CROPS USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BASED ON DATA DERIVED FROM SATELLITE IMAGERY

This work is dedicated to the development of a system for identifying and classifying agricultural crops using satellite imagery and artificial intelligence technologies. Remote sensing technologies enable fast and accurate monitoring of land areas and crop conditions. Artificial intelligence algorithms play a key role in the automatic processing of acquired images, identifying crop types, and classifying them into categories. As a result, the developed system provides farmers and agronomists with the opportunity to manage crops, increase productivity, and use resources more efficiently. The study also examines different types of satellite imagery, their characteristics, and their application in agriculture, as well as their integration with artificial intelligence as the main aspects.
