This repository contains the comprehensive dataset, analysis scripts, and supplementary materials associated with the systematic review and meta-analysis: Cumulative Indoor Dust Exposure to Regulated Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances Exceeds Safety Thresholds in Infants and Toddlers: A Global Meta-Analysis The study investigates indoor exposure to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) via dust ingestion and indoor air inhalation. The dataset includes study-level extraction of PFAS concentrations, sample matrices, and exposure parameters. The provided analysis code (R) replicates our meta-analytical synthesis, covering random-effects models, temporal trend evaluations, compound-specific Hazard Quotients (HQs), and cumulative Hazard Index (HI) estimations for infant and toddler populations. This record is made publicly available to ensure transparency and to facilitate the reproducibility of our exposure and health-risk assessment findings.
