NRS-22226 | Emergency Services Levy Reform - Public Inquiry [Emergency Services Levy Insurance Monitor]

On 12 April 2017 the Emergency Services Levy Insurance Monitor, Professor Allan Fels AO, announced a Public Inquiry would be held into how insurers will ensure they pass on cost savings to consumers when the Emergency Services Levy (ESL) is removed from insurance policies. The Public Inquiry was held on 16 May 2017.This series includes records establishing the inquiry, submissions and exhibits, records of interviews, transcripts and the inquiry report created by the Public Inquiry into emergency services levy reforms.
