Bacterial Genome Sequences of Isolates from Dairy Cattle and Pig Farms in Argentina. FARMS-SAFE

The objective was to perform molecular epidemiology analysis of Escherichia coli isolates collected from 70 pig and dairy cattle farms in Central Eastern Argentina over four sampling visits in 2020-21. Isolates were selected from faecal, effluent and water samples as being resistant to third-generation cephalosporins and/or fluoroquinolones.
