Mass spectrometry based quantitative profiling of 46 narrow-leafed lupin varieties

The seed proteome composition of 46 narrow-leafed lupin (NLL, Lupinus angustifolius) varieties were studied through information-dependant acquisition (IDA), followed by proteome-wide quantitation using the sequential window acquisition of all theoretical fragment ions (SWATH) mass spectrometry.
