PIA focus on integrating multi‐omics data of tea plant and establishing their inner network to assist the tea community for better genetic resources exploration.The current release of TPIA employs the comprehensively annotated tea plant genome as framework and incorporates with abundant well-organized transcriptomes, gene expressions (across species, tissues and stresses), orthologs and characteristic metabolites determining tea quality.

PIA 专注于整合茶树的多组学数据（multi-omics data），并构建其内在网络，以助力茶学界更好地开展遗传资源发掘工作。当前发布的 TPIA 以经过全面注释的茶树基因组为核心框架，整合了大量经过系统整理的转录组数据、基因表达谱（覆盖不同物种、组织与胁迫条件）、同源基因（orthologs）以及决定茶叶品质的特征代谢物（characteristic metabolites）。
