OryzaGenome

OryzaGenome provides genome sequence information for 21 wild Oryza species together with several cultivated strain reference sequences. As of the OryzaGenome release 1.0, SNP information of 446 accessions of O. rufipogon is presented. Chromosome view, genome sequences and gene annotations are provided based on the latest reference Nipponbare genome, IRGSP version 1.0. Oryzabase, can serve as an excellent genotype-phenotype association resource for analyzing rice functional and structural evolution, and the associated diversity of the Oryza genus.稻属基因组数据库（OryzaGenome）提供了21个野生稻属物种的基因组序列信息，以及多个栽培稻株系的参考基因组序列。截至该数据库1.0版本发布时，其收录了446份普通野生稻（Oryza rufipogon）种质材料的单核苷酸多态性（SNP）信息。数据库提供的染色体浏览功能、基因组序列与基因注释均基于最新的日本晴（Nipponbare）参考基因组，即国际水稻基因组测序计划（IRGSP）版本1.0。Oryzabase数据库可作为优质的基因型-表型关联研究资源，用于解析水稻的功能与结构进化以及稻属的相关多样性。
