CCR6+ memory Th17 cells play important roles in several inflammatory diseases. Previous studies showed that calcitriol (1,25(OH)2D3) possesses an immunoregulatory effect on CCR6+ memory Th17 cells and suppresses their pro-inflammatory capacity. However, the intrinsic mechanisms are still unclear. We therefore conducted bulk RNA sequencing and investigated potential molecules to mediate its effect.
