The present invention provides an expression vector and its applications in the culture of transgenic plants. The expression vector provided by the present invention comprises an expression cassette A and an expression cassette B; the nucleic acid sequence of the expression cassette A is as indicated in sequence 6 of the sequence table; the nucleic acid sequence of the expression cassette A is as indicated in sequence 3 of the sequence table. The tests show that when the expression vector provided by the present invention is introduced into wild Arabidopsis thaliana， transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana is obtained. Compared with wild Arabidopsis thaliana， transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana sees its resistance to stress significantly enhanced. Therefore， the present invention has an important application value.
