HI antibodies were measured against the respective IFV with titers expressed as GMT on a log2 scale; a log2 titer of 2.3 was arbitrarily assigned to samples with undetectable titers; each serum sample was run in triplicate wells;aanimals described in Fig. 1 with sera collected 19 days post-PR8 challenge;banimals described in Fig. 2 with sera collected 1 day prior to PR8 challenge.
