Nymphaea thermarum genome sequencing and assembly, and offspring epigenome

Improved genome assembly and annotation for the water lily, Nymphaea thermaurm. The previous genome assembly (https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.1922873117) was based off of short read sequencing, while this improved assembly is based off of PacBio long-read sequencing technology. Also included are DNA methylation-sensitive sequencing of offspring seed tissues (embryo and endosperm) of self-fertilized Nymphaea thermaurm.
