数据用途和场景:混凝土试块抗压强度检测能够反应各个项目中各部位混凝土试块承受压力是否符合规范,在试块质量上进行把控,对相关工程的安全性上具有积极意义。混凝土试块抗压强度按如下公式计算:fcc=F/A,公式中fcc为混凝土立方体试件抗压强度(MPa),计算结果应精确至0.1MPa;F为试件破坏载荷(N);A为试件承压面积(㎟)。将以上数据按照《混凝土物理力学性能试验方法标准》GB/T50081-2019标准要求计算后,按照混凝土强度等级换算,强度等级小于C60时,用非标准试件测得的强度值均乘以尺寸换算系数,对200*200*200mm试件可取为1.05,对100*100*100mm试件可取为0.95,当强度不小于C60时,宜采用标准试件。
Data Purpose and Application Scenarios: The compressive strength test of concrete test blocks is used to verify whether the compressive bearing capacity of concrete test blocks at various parts of different projects meets relevant specifications, control the quality of test blocks, and has positive significance for the safety of related engineering projects. The compressive strength of a concrete cube test block is calculated via the following formula: fcc = F/A. In this formula, fcc is the compressive strength of the concrete cube test block (MPa), and the calculation result shall be accurate to 0.1 MPa; F is the failure load of the test block (N); A is the bearing area of the test block (mm²). After calculating the above data in accordance with the Standard for Test Methods of Physical and Mechanical Properties of Concrete (GB/T 50081-2019), convert the results according to the concrete strength grade. For strength grades lower than C60, the strength values measured with non-standard test blocks shall be multiplied by the size conversion factor: the factor can be taken as 1.05 for 200×200×200 mm test blocks, and 0.95 for 100×100×100 mm test blocks. When the strength grade is not lower than C60, standard test blocks shall be preferably used.
