To investigate the differences of gene expressions between the control and ABA treatment in roots of barley, two sets of root samples were taken after 1h, 3h, 6h and 24h of treatments respectively, and their mRNAs were sequenced by next generation sequencing on an Illumina Hiseq platform. The data will be used for further analysis.
