分析选定台风(可为当前台风或历史任意台风)在路径、发源地、风速、气压等方面数据,根据相似度给出一组排序的历史台风序列,为水利、应急等部门防台工作提供支撑以历史台风库中1945年至今1800余场台风数据为基础,根据中国气象局发布的实时台风路径数据,从移速、风速、中心气压、发源地、登陆点、路径、台风季节等因子角度分析当前台风与历史台风的相似度,并依托SCE_UA算法确定各因子最佳权重,从而得到多因子相似台风序列。数值(起始值为0)越小表明与目标台风越相似。

Analyze data related to the track, origin, wind speed, central pressure and other aspects of selected typhoons (which can be current typhoons or any historical typhoons), and generate a sorted sequence of historical typhoons based on similarity, to provide support for typhoon prevention work of departments such as water conservancy and emergency management. Based on more than 1,800 typhoon records from 1945 to the present in the historical typhoon database, combined with real-time typhoon track data released by the China Meteorological Administration, this dataset analyzes the similarity between the target typhoon and historical typhoons from the perspectives of moving speed, wind speed, central pressure, origin, landing point, track, typhoon season and other factors. The optimal weights of each factor are determined using the SCE_UA algorithm, so as to obtain a ranked sequence of multi-factor similar typhoons. The smaller the calculated similarity score (starting from 0), the higher the similarity to the target typhoon.
