资源简介：
2019年5月至7月，在吉林省梅花鹿主要养殖地区双阳区和东丰县，采集梅花鹿茸血，将采集的血液样品送至派森诺公司进行高通量测序，含有梅花鹿高产基因转录组数据，以及转录组数据比对结果和差异表达通路分析数据。
From May to July 2019, sika deer antler blood samples were collected from Shuangyang District and Dongfeng County, the main breeding areas of sika deer in Jilin Province. The collected blood samples were sent to Personalbio for high-throughput sequencing. The dataset contains transcriptome data of high-yield genes of sika deer, as well as the alignment results of the transcriptome data and data from differential expression pathway analysis.
