This data repository includes:<br><br>- Automatically identified HFO count data (HFO counts per second for Model 3, and qHFO counts per second for Models 1 and 2)- Standardized delta (1-4 Hz) power- Channel localization labels- Samples from posterior distributions for Model 2 (labeled 'model12' in this data)- Samples from posterior distributions for Model 3 (labeled 'model8' in this data)<br><br>Samples from posterior distributions for Model 1 are available upon request (m.d.nunez@uva.nl). I could not upload them here due to the large sizes of the files.<br><br>Note that not all HFO / qHFO counts were used in the models because time blocks were not used that were within approximately 1 hour of a seizure.<br>MATLAB, Python, and JAGS data extraction and analysis code are available at https://osf.io/3ephr/ and in the following repository https://github.com/mdnunez/sozhfo (as of June 2020 with a major update in August 2021).<br>
