Single cell mRNA sequencing on taste cells in mouse fungiform papilla

Several studies have shown differences and connections between taste cells in fungiform papillae and circumvallate papillae. However, there is limited research focusing on the transcriptomes study of fungiform papillae. To address this gap, we conducted single-cell RNA sequencing on type II and type III taste cells in mouse fungiform papillae, aiming to investigate their specific molecular expressions.
