Global small RNA profiling of Adeno-associated virus infected cells. Adeno-associated virus

We utilized high throughput small RNA sequencing method to profile the changes modulated during Adeno-associated virus infection in different host cells in vitro. The main goal of the study is to identify the common cellular changes acquired during AAV infection irrespective of host type and AAV serotypes used. Understanding the virus-host interaction is essential to derive plausible strategies to circumvent the problems associated with AAV-mediated gene delivery.
