River Flow Monitoring Dataset from Arbavere, Pohjaka II, and Sarevere, Estonia

This open-source dataset has hydrological observations collected at three river sites in Estonia: Arbavere, Pohjaka II, and Sarevere. The first dataset consists of in-situ measurements of flow velocity and flow depth collected between mid-August 2025 and October 2025. These measurements were acquired in real time at a sampling frequency of 50 Hz and then averaged to 1-minute intervals using low-cost Hydromast flow monitoring devices. The raw measurements were processed, and validated prior to publication. The second dataset is provided by the Estonian Environmental Agency and includes both raw and processed Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) measurements spanning from 2024 through October 2025. This dataset contains key hydrological parameters, including river discharge, cross-sectional area, channel width, mean and maximum flow velocities, and mean and maximum water depths. The third dataset consists of Estonian Environment Agency hourly discharge estimations using depth based discharge rating curve.
