Forest Current Use Parcels

The Washington State Open Space Taxation Act allows properties to be valued at their current use rather than their highest and best use. This dataset includes parcels assessed for current use as Forest Land primarily devoted to the growth and harvest of timber. This program is administered by the King County Assessor's Office.
