Dataset used for the systematic review “Impact of wildfires on the soil microbiome and soil biogeochemical parameters: a systematic review”. It contains the complete database of the selected studies, including inclusion/exclusion criteria, extracted variables, site characteristics, soil physicochemical parameters and microbiome metrics reported in each article. This information supports the comparative analysis and syntheses performed in the review.
