The problem of capsule and capsule contracture around implant materials has always been an urgent problem to be solved in clinic. The physical topology of the material surface regulates the formation of capsule, but the specific regulation mechanism is not clear. Four PDMS with different surface microgroove structures were prepared to study their effects on fibroblasts.
