This dataset contains all the mass loss proportions of different type of aquatic organic matter (Algae, Chironomids larvae, and Fish) deposited on two terrestrial habitats (ERS and Riparian Zone) of an intermittent headwater stream. The access to this aquatic organic matter was restrained to certain groups of terrestrial organisms by the use of different mesh size (0.25mm, 1cm and unsealed).
