Metagenomic assembled genomes from Diaphorina citri in California, USA. psyllid metagenome

In this study, we focus on the bacterial metagenomic analysis of Diaphorina citri collected from Southern California, USA. First, we developed a metagenomic pipeline on Diaphorina citri and then we characterized and compared the identified bacterial metagenomic assembled contigs among four locations. Furtherly discussing the microbiome factor which leads to high Ct-value status of qPCR-detection of Candidatus liberibacter asiasticus.
