Objective of the study is clarifying molecular functions of a viral transcript derived from bovine leukemia virus (BLV). A target viral-gene was stably expressed in bovine cell line, MDBK cells, and the established cells were applied to transcriptome analysis, RNA-immunoprecipitation assay, and mRNA localization analysis. The obtained samples were subsequently applied to RNA-sequencing.
