GIS4Schools data
收藏资源简介:
Dataset for the practice lectures of the GIS4Schools project. The dataset refers to the geographic area between North-West Italy (Lombardy and Piedmont) and South Switzerland (Ticino Canton), including Maggiore, Como and Lugano lakes. Geographic data projection is the WGS84 UTM32 North (EPSG:32632). The dataset consists of a GeoPackage file (containing both vector and raster layers) and two QGIS layer style files (.qml) with the raster layers symbology (vector layers symbology is stored directly in the GeoPackage). GIS4Schools_GeoPackage.gpkg, containing the following layers: Lakes: Vector layer that represents the main lakes in the area of interest; Land_Cover: Raster layer that represents the land cover classes defined within Corine Land Cover 2018; Municipalities_OSM: Vector layer that defines the municipalities' boundaries within the area of interest; Population: Table containing the number of inhabitants of the municipalities around the lakes. River_network: Vector layer that represents the main river network within the area of interest; Temperature_distribution: Raster layer that represents the temperature distribution of the lakes; Temperature: Vector layer representing the temperature distribution of the lakes. Land_Cover_style.qml: Symbology of the raster Land_Cover. Temperature_distribution_style.qml: Symbology of the raster Temperature_distribution.
