Overall design: A pool of siRNAs were used to deplete METTL3 in castrate resistant but enzalutamide sensitive LNCaP:C42 and enzalutamide-resistant 22Rv1 prostate cancer cells and the effect on basal and androgen (R1881, 1nM) regulated gene expression and alternative splicing determined using RNA sequencing.
