Disrupted development of the mPFC-thalamic circuit in Shank3–/– mice, an autism-associated model

This dataset contains the complete quantitative data used to generate all
figures presented in the associated manuscript. Data are organized in a
single Excel file, with each sheet corresponding to a specific figure
panel. Each entry represents an individual cell, slice, or animal,
depending on the experiment, and includes relevant metadata such as
genotype and experimental parameters. Columns specify measured variables
(e.g., electrophysiological properties, behavioral metrics, or response
amplitudes), some summary statistics, and normalized values when
applicable. The file also includes a list of the raw data filenames used
for figure generation, facilitating transparency and reproducibility. All
data were collected under standardized acquisition and analysis pipelines
to ensure internal consistency.
