A whole blood mNGS assay was developed by combing the detection of plasma and blood cells. 253 blood samples from patients with sepsis were tested by whole blood mNGS. this project involved the sequencing files of these 253 samples. CF indicated sequencing files from plasma and CD indicated sequencing files from blood cells.
