RNA-Seq data from iPSC-derived human airway cells and colon organoids infected with BANAL-20-236, WK-521, and WK-521 dFCS

iPSC-derived human airway cells and colon organoids were infected with BANAL-20-236, SARS-CoV-2 (WK-521), and FCS-deleted SARS-CoV-2 (WK-521 dFCS) to investigate virological properties and reaction of infected hosts. Overall design: BANAL-20-236, WK-521, and WK-521 delFCS were inoculated to iPSC-derived airway cells and colon organoids. The samples were incubated for 72 hours and then were subjected to RNA extraction and RNA sequencing, respectively.
