Statistical analysis was conducted on vehicle entry-exit data and monthly subscription vehicle data from 14 parking lots, and a series of key metrics were calculated. Specifically, the average total number of vehicle entries and exits was computed to reflect overall traffic flow and the scale of potential consumer groups; the proportions of vehicle entries and exits during peak and off-peak hours were determined to represent traffic pressure and the intensity of commercial demand across different time periods; and the average parking duration was calculated to measure the time consumers spend in the surrounding area and evaluate commercial attractiveness. Meanwhile, data from different parking lots were compared to identify disparities and advantageous regions. Comparisons were further made in terms of total vehicle entries and exits to pinpoint popular areas; differences in average parking duration were analyzed to determine which parking lots' surrounding businesses could attract consumers to stay for longer periods; and facility conditions were compared to assess the advantages of different parking lots, such as the impact of advanced facilities including charging piles and intelligent guidance systems on commercial performance.
