We investigated the global dynamic view of TCR-dependent phosphorylation in thymocytes stimulated with antibodies to CD3e. Thymocytes prepared from C57BL/6 mice at 4 to 8 weeks of age were subjected to phosphor-iTRAQ system, which is combined Fe-IMAC and iTRAQ. Phorphoproteomics analysis identified and quantified 8945 unique phosphopeptides (2634 proteins). [Original project description]
