Data, derivation scripts, and figure-generation code accompanying the manuscript "Universal t/τ scaling of animal mortality with lineage-specific aging-pathway deployment." The deposit reproduces every derived quantity, statistic, and figure: the cross-phylum temporal-scaling (t/τ) collapse of adult mortality and its robustness/null controls (Table 1); the reliability-theory derivation; the senescent–escape spectrum; the dissociation of the organismal timescale τ from the molecular maintenance repertoire (HMMER counts; PGLS); and the molecular regulatory-deployment layer (splice-site constraint from genomic-foundation-model embeddings, two-way ANOVA, Bayesian-network and integrated-PDAG analyses). Large third-party source data (NCBI RefSeq proteomes, the Jones et al. 2014 Nature source table, AnAge) are referenced by accession/DOI and not redistributed, in accordance with their licenses; each script documents how to re-fetch them. See README.md and FIGURE_SCRIPTS.md. Reproduce with the conda environment "evo2" (Python 3 with numpy/scipy/pandas/matplotlib; R for PGLS).
