Conservation tillage-mediated microbial community remodeling drives soil organic carbon accumulation and nitrogen and phosphorus transformation in farmland

This is a collection of sample data of bacteria and fungi in the rhizosphere soil of corn fields under conservation tillage in the black soil region of Northeast China (Hulunbuir City) in August 2024. Including 6 treatments: no-tillage with straw left on the field (NSNT), no-tillage with half of the straw returned to the field (HSNT), no-tillage with all of the straw returned to the field (TSNT), tillage with straw left on the field (NSMT), tillage with half of the straw returned to the field (HSMT), and tillage with all of the straw returned to the field (TSMT).
