TEE-based mitral valve geometries before and after TEER

Dataset of mitral valve geometries of 10 patients, who underwent transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (TEER) of the mitral valve. For each patient, geometries are provided for three different valve states: early diastole (pre- & post-TEER) and systolic regurgitation (pre-TEER). The geometries were reconstructed from 3D transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) images as described in: Franz, J., et al.
