RNA-Seq of reproductive meristems of tomato cv. Moneyberg in WT and tm3 stm3 mutants

We performed an RNA-Seq on the VM, TM and FM/IM of the primary inflorescence of tomato, and of the separate sympodial FM and sympodial IM of WT. For the primary inflorescence, WT was compared to tm3 stm3 mutants. For the sympodial meristems, only WT samples were tested.Per biological replicate, 20-50 meristems that were visually at the same stage were pooled prior to RNA extraction. Per stage/genotype, three replicates were performed. RNA-Seq was performed by BGI using DNB-Seq.
