EEG–EMG Coupling and Functional Neuroplasticity in Elite Combat Athletes This dataset contains neurophysiological and biomechanical data collected during a neurofeedback-guided intervention in elite mixed martial arts (MMA) athletes. The study aimed to investigate cortico-muscular coherence, EMG time–frequency patterns, and EEG–EMG coupling adaptations following neurofeedback training. Included files:- Participant demographics and training history- Pre/post EEG and EMG recordings- Time–frequency analysis of EMG (STFT)- EEG–EMG coherence metrics (C3, Cz vs Biceps, Triceps)- Muscle onset latency and activation time- Outlier logs and artifact exclusion reports- Full data dictionary and analysis pipeline (Python-based) All participants are anonymized. Data are encoded in UTF-8 and structured according to FAIR principles.
