Walkable Population Ratio DataThis dataset contains cumulative population coverage analysis for cooling center facilities across multiple U.S. states. Each CSV file provides facility-level statistics on population coverage within walkable distances, including individual facility coverage (coverage_pop), cumulative population coverage as facilities are added sequentially (cumulative_pop), and cumulative coverage ratios relative to total state population. The analysis is based on a minimum walkable distance threshold (typically 15 minutes) and uses socio-demographic sub groups as the primary metric. Files are organized by state and include facility names, coverage statistics, and total population figures.
