Dataset to accompany the research article "Time Domain- Nuclear Magnetic Resonance to Quantify Natural Greases in Leather"
Each file contains the XY data needed to reproduce the figures found in the above article.
The 'Grease content' files contain the comparisons between Soxhlet extraction and magnetic resonance quantification for the natural greases of the respective raw material.
The 'Sheep degreasing time' records the depletion of a sheepskin of natural greases and compares the Soxhlet and NMR quantification vs time.
The calibration files provide the relationship between Soxhlet grease contents and the magnetic resonance signal intensity for glutaraldehyde-tanned and Chromium sulfate-tanned intermediates.
The 'Post Tanning Chemical Grease Content' contains the comparisons between Soxhlet extraction and magnetic resonance quantification for the added greases of the respective post-tanning chemistries to crust leather.
