资源简介:
Epidemiological studies have suggested that the encounter with commensal microorganism during the definite neonatal period is essential for ?gnormal?h development of host immune system. Basic researches using gnotobiote mice have previously demonstrated that colonization at 5 weeks old is too late to reconstitute the normal immune systems. In this study, we compared transcriptome profiles of the large intestine (LI), small intestine (SI), liver (LIV) and spleen (SPL) of three colonized models: specific pathogen free mice (SPF), germfree (GF) mice with bacterial reconstitution at the time of delivery (0WexGF) and GF mice with bacterial reconstitution at 5 weeks old (5WexGF), with those of GF mice.
