Amplicon sequencing of rhizosphere bacteria in wheat soil Raw sequence reads

To investigate the effects of fertilization on wheat rhizosphere microorganisms, macroelement (N, K), microelement (Zn) fertilizers and blank control (H2O) were applied on wheat (Xinong 538) by foliar spraying (FS) and root irrigation (RI) methods in a field experiment. Each treatment has 3 replicates, forming 24 rhizosphere soil samples. High-throughput sequencing of bacteria 16S rRNA V4-V5 regions were performed to investigate the response of rhizosphere bacterial compositions to fertilization.
