MycoWiki organizes data under a relational database and provides access to curated and state-of-the-art information on the genes and proteins of M. pneumoniae. Interestingly, M. pneumoniae has undergone an evolution that resulted in the limited similarity of many proteins to proteins of model organisms. To facilitate the analysis of the functions of M. pneumoniae proteins, we have integrated structure predictions from the AlphaFold Protein Structure Database for most proteins, structural information resulting from in vivo cross-linking, and protein-protein interactions based on a global in vivo study.MycoWiki以关系型数据库为架构组织数据，提供经过人工甄选的前沿信息，涵盖肺炎支原体（Mycoplasma pneumoniae，缩写M. pneumoniae）的基因与蛋白质相关内容。值得注意的是，肺炎支原体经历了特殊的演化过程，导致其多数蛋白质与模式生物的蛋白质仅具有有限的相似性。为便于解析肺炎支原体蛋白质的功能，本数据集整合了绝大多数蛋白质的AlphaFold蛋白质结构数据库（AlphaFold Protein Structure Database）预测结构、体内交联实验得到的结构信息，以及基于全球体内研究获得的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用数据。
